- This proposal and these rates are valid 30 days (unless otherwise mentioned) from the date of offer. After 30 days the proposed rates and the accompanying offer are not valid anymore and rates may be revised.
- For all clients who stay overnight on board in Halong Bay, the Bay management request to collect passport details (full name, date of birth, passport number, validity) 1 week before clients’ arrival for police registration in advance. Please note to collect as it’s compulsory.

We would deeply regret your decision to cancel your trip to Vietnam, however we realize that there are many valid reasons that this can happen. In the event of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be applied as below: All airline tickets and visas if had are non‐refundable and require instant payment. In case customers cancel advanced arrangements more than 30 days prior to departure: The total deposit paid to us of 50% will be charged to cover flights, hotel booking and other administrative fees. When this time period is over, the amount is forfeited.
– To confirm the booking with us, a 50% deposit is required. If you cancel the tour less than 30 days, 10% will be refundable.
– 29 to 25 days before trip commencement: 40% of the total trip cost – From 24 to 16 days before trip commencement: 50% of the total trip cost
– 15 days before the commencement of the journey or no show: 100% of the total trip cost
3. Policy for Children
– Child from 1 – 4 years old: Free of charge if sharing bed with parents (visa and tickets if had can’t be refunded)
– Child from 5 years old up: pay as adult rate
4. For visas or train tickets if had (non refundable)
