- Visa Policy: Once our company processes an application, no
cancellations or refunds are possible. If a profile is returned due to
issues by customers, the fee is not refunded. Fees paid for Vietnam
e-visas are non-refundable if the application is rejected. - Visa processing time: We guarantee visa issuance within 5–7
working days for standard applications. Please note that processing
may take longer if the required documentation is incomplete or does
not meet submission requirements. - Express service visa: We guarantee on-time visa issuance as committed. In the rare event of any delay beyond our promised timeframe, an exclusive
complimentary service will be offered (to be advised by our sales
team).

service by client:
Fast Track and Departure Services are strictly non
refundable for last-minute cancellations or cancellations made close to the
