For all clients spending one night on board a cruise in Ha Long Bay, the bay management requires receiving passport details (full name, date of birth, passport number, expiry date) at least one week prior to arrival for pre-registration with the police. Please note that submitting passport information is mandatory.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Cancellation of booking by client
Due to the extensive time and planning involved with travelling, a strict cancellation policy is applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is confirmed the following cancellation fees will apply massage expenses, etc.
2. Cancellations & Refunds for Booking Tours & Holiday Packages
We are very sorry to hear of your decision to cancel your trip to Vietnam, but we understand that there may be valid reasons for doing so. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- All flight tickets and visas (if any) are non-refundable and require immediate payment.
- If clients cancel a pre-booked trip more than 30 days before departure, 50% of the total deposit paid to us will be deducted to cover flight, hotel, and administrative costs. After this period, the deposit is forfeited.
- To confirm your booking with us, a 50% deposit is required. If the trip is canceled less than 30 days before departure, 10% of the total amount will be refunded.
- 29 to 25 days before departure: 40% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- 24 to 16 days before departure: 50% of the total trip cost will be charged.
- 15 days or fewer before departure or in case of no-show: 100% of the total trip cost will be charged.
Children Policy
- Children aged 1 to 4 years: Free of charge if sharing a bed with parents (visa and flight ticket costs, if any, are non-refundable).
Children aged 5 years and above: Charged at the adult rate.
