II. DETAIL
Hanoi arrival, you are taken to the hotel for check-in.
Take a rest or walk around area of hotel to discovery Vietnamese’s life and culture

To experience the tranquil Hanoi, you are suggested to wake up early to enjoy the sounds of the Hanoi at morning, walking around Hoan Kiem Lake and doing Tai Chi exercise with locals. Your Halong trip will start after you come back to the hotel for freshening up and breakfast.
After breakfast, you’ll take a 3-hour drive to Halong Bay – one of the great natural wonders of the world and a UNESCO World Heritage site by shuttle bus. Upon arrival, the boat crew will welcome you and transfer you to the cruise ship for check-in and enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay with a delicious local seafood lunch served on board. At the same time, you can behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water.
After lunch you’ll join some activities on a bamboo boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visiting a cave, kayaking or enjoying swimming in the sea.

After having half day tour on cruise, you will come back to Ha Noi and have time to relax and discovery Ha Noi by yourself

After having breakfast at the hotel, we start to visit Hanoi.
The first destination will be Bat Trang Pottery village. Bat Trang Pottery Village is like a living museum, where you can visit cultural relics, antiquities, brick houses, as well as temples and communal houses dating back to the 19th century, to better understand the spiritual life. spirits, customs and festivals of the people of the pottery village. In particular, during your visit to the craft village, you can also experience the process of shaping your favorite ceramic products.
Then Hoa Lo Prison Museum. The prison’s displays focus on the sufferings of Vietnamese revolutionaries who were confined (and sometimes executed) here when the French were the masters of Vietnam in the early part of the 20th century.)
Then we will visit the Temple of Literature – is often cited as one of Hanoi’s most picturesque tourist attractions. Originally built as a university in 1070 dedicated to Confucius, scholars and sages, the building is extremely well preserved and is a superb example of traditional-style Vietnamese architecture.
Then, with the next 1-hour cyclo around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, you are promised to get a slow-speed view of a maze of labyrinthine streets as the daily life of the locals.
Trying a cup of egg coffee while looking down the streets, viewing the bustling life of the locals in the late afternoon before ending makes this day trip in Hanoi even more unforgettable.
Then we go back to the hotel.

Our car and tour guide will transfer you to Trang An
Then we visit Trang An Scenic Landscape complex nearby which is recognized as an UNESCO World natural heritage, get on a rowing boat (small sampan) traveling along the small river with scenic mountain and green fields landscape.
– Boat takes you to visit the cave complex of Trang An: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wilderness, the scenery of mountains and rivers – Halong on land of Ninh Binh.
Late afternoon, drive back to your hotel in Hanoi.
– It will take 2.5 hours to explore caves by bamboo boat.

- This proposal and these rates are valid 30 days (unless otherwise mentioned) from the date of offer. After 30 days the proposed rates and the accompanying offer are not valid anymore and rates may be revised.
- For all clients who stay overnight on board in Halong Bay, the Bay management request to collect passport details (full name, date of birth, passport number, validity) 1 week before clients’ arrival for police registration in advance. Please note to collect as it’s compulsory.
III. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Cancellation of booking by client
Due to the extensive time and planning involved with travelling, a strict cancellation policy is applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is confirmed the following cancellation fees will apply massage expenses, etc.
3.1.1 For hotel, tour, and car booking:
- Cancellation made after booking confirmation or more than 30 days prior to departure date: 10% of the total booking cost will be withdrawn from the deposit. The remainder of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation made between 16 and 30 days prior to departure date: 50% of total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit.
- Cancellation made between 8 and 15 days prior to departure date: 50% of total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit; plus the amount of penalties charged by hotels or car operators if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
- Cancellation made between 3 and 7 days prior to departure date: 75% of total booking cost will be charged; plus the amount of penalties charged by hotels or car operators or any third-party service providers if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
- Cancellation made less than 3 days prior to departure date (including no-shows): 100% of total booking cost will be charged.
- Any cases related to unused services due to willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours/services, no refund will be made.
3.1.2. For train and air ticket booking.
– Cancellation of issued tickets at any time will be charged 10% of the total ticket prices plus the amount of penalties charged and confirmed by airlines and rail companies if applicable.
Time for refund processing will be between 15 and 20 working days since the confirmation of cancellation.
NOTE: The specific cancellation and refund policy of each service is clearly published at the service voucher delivered to you after your payment via email. Please be reminded to read through carefully before coming to Vietnam for your trip, hotel room or transportation.
Please note that certain rates or special promotions are not applicable for cancellation or change. If you wish to review your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein.
3.2 Cancellation
We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure due to such events of force majeure as terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire or other external events which are not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In case such events happen, we are responsible for immediately informing the client and refunding the full amount that you have paid for. Client can also transfer the paid amount to an alternate departure date if operation condition is permitted.
