II. DETAIL
Hanoi arrival, you are taken to hotel for check-in. Overnight in Hanoi.

Morning: Start your day with a delicious breakfast at hotel.
8:00 AM: After breakfast, the tour guide and car will pick you up at your hotel to start the trip to Ninh Binh
At Trang An, you will get on a boat down the Sao Khe river, winding at the foot of the limestone mountains, soaring as far as the eye can see, around the primeval forests and reed forests. Going through 9 main caves with very strange names such as: Sang cave, Dark cave, Nau Ruou cave … visitors will experience the thrill of the boat entering the deep cave, admiring the strange shape of the stalactites in the cave and immerse yourself in the natural scenery here.
You continue the journey to visit Mua Cave. The cave is located at the foot of Mua mountain. The road to the top of the mountain is modeled after the Great Wall of China with nearly 500 stone steps. From here, you can admire the whole beautiful scene of Tam Coc area – a famous scenic spot in Ninh Binh. Mua Cave is also invested and built into an eco-tourism destination combined with climbing sports. The mountain is shaped like a bell, located in the complex of Tam Coc rocky mountains. Along the way, you will pass through many rice fields, villages and wharfs, rivers, lakes and majestic mountains.

7:45 – 8:15: Get picked up from your hotel
8:15 – 11:30: Upon arrival at Station number 17 – OVERNIGHT CRUISE PORT, Tuan Chau Maria, Ha Long passengers will be welcomed by receptionist at La Casta’s waiting lounge.
11:30 – 12:00: After taking a rest, our high speed tender will transfer you to the main boat
Get onboard and warmly welcome from La Casta crew team with welcome drink. After that, you will be given a short briefing about La Casta Cruise and safety guideline at our restaurant.
Complete the check-in procedure and check-into our suite cabins.
13:00: Enjoy a lunch in the restaurant. La Casta Cruise start to depart for the voyage to discover the Lan Ha Bay.
15:45: Visit the Ba Trai Dao area and the natural lagoon of Lan Ha Bay – this area includes the beach breaths a romantic atmosphere and three smaller islets like three giant peaches on the sea. You can join with our activities such as: kayaking, swimming, sightseeing and explore the Ba Trai Dao area.
17:30 – 18:30: Come back to our La Casta cruise and enjoy the pre-dinner sunset party while watching the view of the bay at sunset.
18:00: Join a cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you how to make some simple signature Vietnamese dishes.
19:30: Enjoy special seafood and typical Vietnamese food on the cruise.
21:00: Evening entertainment: Squid fishing, karaoke…
Overnight on the La Casta Cruise.

6:15: Wake up early, join the Tai Chi session on sundeck area, enjoy the fresh atmosphere and watch the sunrise in Lan Ha Bay.
7:00 – 7:45: Have breakfast. Admit morning view of bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee.
08:00: Stroke the stunning views of the Bay and it’s dramatic limestone islets Visit the famous Tra Bau, it’s time for freely kayak and explore the landscape, or swim…
09:00: Back to your cabin, relax and check carefully all the luggage before leaving your cabin.
09:30: Check-out and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay for room service. Complete check out procedure and enjoy your brunch at La Casta cruise.
10:30: Enjoy the brunch at restaurant.

Morning:
After having breakfast at the hotel, the tour guide will pick up you at the hotel in the Old Quarter area to start the program.
The first destination is Temple of Literature, built in 1070, this is Vietnam’s first university and one of the most attractive tourist spots when visiting Hanoi.
After visiting Temple of Literature, the tour guide will take you to visit Hoa Lo Prison, built by France in 1886-1901 when Vietnam was still part of Indochina. The prison was once known as “Hell on Earth” and now it’s like a war museum for those who want to understand more about Vietnam’s resistance against France.
Then, with the next 1-hour cyclo around Hanoi’s Old Quarter, you are promised to get a slow-speed view of a maze of labyrinthine streets as the daily life of the locals.
Try a cup of egg coffee while looking down the streets, viewing the bustling life of the locals at the late afternoon before ending makes this day trip in Hanoi even more unforgettable.

6:00 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
7:00 AM: Start of the trip from Hanoi to Sapa by shared limousine. Travel is expected to take approximately 5-6 hours.
1:00 PM: Arrival in Sapa and check-in at the hotel
Arrival in Sapa, tour guide takes you to visit Cat Cat – a village of H’Mong ethnic minority, about 2 km from Sapa Town.
The village was formed in the mid 19th century by a group of ethnic people gathered here to settle. These people earn their living by growing rice and corns on terraced fields and developing animal husbandry using the traditional methods.
Besides, they have well preserved traditional handicrafts such as line and cotton cultivation and woven fabrics.
Cat Cat waterfall is one of the main attractions. You can dip your feet in the cool water if you are able to jump over the boulders. Cat Cat is also known for its indigo dyeing technique that you can observe as you walk around.

07h00 – 8h00: Have breakfast at the hotel.
09h00: Start the journey to Fansipan Peak by walking or taking a cable car.
Then, exploring Fansipan Peak and take photos. From the summit of Fansipan, you can admire a bird’s-eye view of the majestic Muang Hoa Valley, along with green conifer forests and sparkling white clouds.
16h00: Return to the hotel, have dinner and rest.

9:00 AM: Start a trip to Lao Chai Village and Ta Van Village.
Lao Chai and Ta Van Village are located in the Muong Hoa Valley, where you can contemplate the life of the Hmong and Dao tribes, along with green rice fields and high-altitude houses.
4:00 PM: Return to Hanoi by shared limousine.

- This proposal and these rates are valid 30 days (unless otherwise mentioned) from the date of offer. After 30 days the proposed rates and the accompanying offer are not valid anymore and rates may be revised.
- For all clients who stay overnight on board in Halong Bay, the Bay management request to collect passport details (full name, date of birth, passport number, validity) 1 week before clients’ arrival for police registration in advance. Please note to collect as it’s compulsory.
III. CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Cancellation of booking by client
Due to the extensive time and planning involved with travelling, a strict cancellation policy is applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Once a booking is confirmed the following cancellation fees will apply massage expenses, etc.
3.1.1 For hotel, tour, and car booking:
- Cancellation made after booking confirmation or more than 30 days prior to departure date: 10% of the total booking cost will be withdrawn from the deposit. The remainder of deposit will be refunded.
- Cancellation made between 16 and 30 days prior to departure date: 50% of total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit.
- Cancellation made between 8 and 15 days prior to departure date: 50% of total booking cost will be charged or loss of deposit; plus the amount of penalties charged by hotels or car operators if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
- Cancellation made between 3 and 7 days prior to departure date: 75% of total booking cost will be charged; plus the amount of penalties charged by hotels or car operators or any third-party service providers if applicable. All penalties will be itemized.
- Cancellation made less than 3 days prior to departure date (including no-shows): 100% of total booking cost will be charged.
- Any cases related to unused services due to willingness, early departure, late arrival, or missed days on tours/services, no refund will be made.
3.1.2. For train and air ticket booking.
– Cancellation of issued tickets at any time will be charged 10% of the total ticket prices plus the amount of penalties charged and confirmed by airlines and rail companies if applicable.
Time for refund processing will be between 15 and 20 working days since the confirmation of cancellation.
NOTE: The specific cancellation and refund policy of each service is clearly published at the service voucher delivered to you after your payment via email. Please be reminded to read through carefully before coming to Vietnam for your trip, hotel room or transportation.
Please note that certain rates or special promotions are not applicable for cancellation or change. If you wish to review your reservation, please revert to the confirmation email and follow the instructions therein.
3.2 Cancellation
We may cancel a trip at any time prior to departure due to such events of force majeure as terrorism, natural disasters, war, fire or other external events which are not viable for us to operate the planned itinerary. In case such events happen, we are responsible for immediately informing the client and refunding the full amount that you have paid for. Client can also transfer the paid amount to an alternate departure date if operation condition is permitted.
